Alberta’s 12% Agri-Processing Investment Tax Credit

Build, Expand, and Transform your Agri-Business with Ayming and claim what you’re entitled to.

Are you investing in Alberta's Agri-Processing industry?

Speak to us today as there’s a strong chance you qualify for this powerful tax credit.

Alberta is rapidly becoming a global leader in value-added agriculture. With rich natural resources, world-class infrastructure, and access to global markets, the province is primed for growth and it’s putting serious money on the table. Through the Agri-Processing Investment Tax Credit (APITC), your business can access up to $175 million per project over 10 years. Now is the time to invest and get rewarded for it.

Ready to transform your agri-processing investment into millions in tax savings?

If your company is investing $10 million or more to build or expand an agri-processing facility in Alberta, you may qualify for the APITC, a 12% non-refundable credit that could unlock up to $175 million per project over 10 years. That’s $1.2 million in tax relief on a $10 million investment, money that goes straight back into scaling your operations.

Whether you’re constructing a new, cutting-edge facility or upgrading an existing one, the APITC is a powerful tool to reclaim a significant portion of your capital investment and reinforce your long-term financial strategy. Created as part of Alberta’s vision to grow its value-added agriculture sector, this program is a golden opportunity to innovate, expand, and lead.

But this isn’t just a tax credit, it’s a strategic advantage. With complex eligibility rules and multi-year compliance requirements, one misstep can mean leaving millions on the table.

That’s where Ayming Canada comes in.
